Congress participants are invited to stay at our official partner hotels, Courtyard by Marriott and Moxy Szczecin City — both at Brama Portowa II, in the heart of Szczecin, steps from the main railway station and key cultural landmarks.

The two properties operate within the Marriott International portfolio and share an entrance, so accommodation, sessions, catering and informal meetings sit in a single integrated complex. No daily commuting, no transfers between hotel and venue.

A block of rooms has been reserved for congress guests at congress rates. Rooms are subject to availability and are charged directly to participants.

Both hotels share the address Brama Portowa II in central Szczecin — the railway station is within walking distance and the underground car park sits at the Courtyard.

By air

By Air or Berlin

Szczecin-Goleniów Airport (SZZ) is approximately 45 minutes by taxi or shuttle. Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) is approx. 2.5 hours by car or direct bus.

By rail

Walking distance

Szczecin Główny railway station is within walking distance of the hotels. Direct rail connections from Warsaw, Berlin, and other major European cities.

By car

A6 and underground

Underground parking is available at Courtyard by Marriott. Szczecin is well-connected via the A6 motorway.

Shared shuttle service from Berlin Brandenburg (BER) and Szczecin–Goleniów (SZZ) on the principal arrival days, with direct drop-off at Brama Portowa II. Request during registration; flight number and arrival time required to schedule.
