How partnerships are conducted
Plain answers to the questions every sponsorship office asks before signing.
Editorial independence
The Scientific Committee retains sole authority over plenary content, abstract acceptance and faculty selection. Industry-supported sessions are clearly labelled as such throughout the programme.
Compliance & disclosure
All commercial relationships are disclosed in accordance with EFPIA, IFPMA and local Polish standards. Partners confirm compliance with their respective codes of practice.
Currencies & VAT
Prices are quoted net in EUR. VAT is applied per Polish regulations. Invoices are issued in EUR, PLN or USD at your election; the conversion rate is confirmed at booking.
Cancellation
Deposits become non-refundable on signature. Should the Congress itself be cancelled or substantially deferred for reasons of force majeure, balances paid are credited to the next edition or refunded at the partner's election.
Brand use
The Congress name and marks may be used by partners during the partnership period in accordance with brand guidelines provided by the organising office.
Data & reporting
Post-Congress reports state aggregate registration figures only — total delegates and the split by registration category. The Congress does not track delegate behaviour, so no behavioural or attendance analytics are produced or shared. No personal delegate data is shared with partners; all communications to delegates are issued by the Congress office.
